Kaplan Media partners with Santos Bike Shop for Addy Award Win

The Greater Ocala Ad Fed/North Central FL, AAF (American Advertising Federation) Addy Awards ceremony was held on Friday, Feb. 17th in Ocala. Kaplan Media was awarded a SIlver Addy in the Local Television category for Santos Bike Shop, “Reasons To Ride” commercial. We want once again thank the client, Chris Fernandez for his creative vision. Co-produced by Kristina Wood and Directed by Sean Kaplan. The commercial will be forwarded to the next stage of Addy competition.

A Better U TV

Humor in local TV commercials can be achieved. Last year, I had the pleasure of meeting Erica Olstein. Erica is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Acupuncture Physician and Cold Laser Therapist.

She is also very witty! Check out her facebook page and you will be informed and entertained.

When we discussed producing her TV ad for A Better U Heathcare in Ocala, adding humor was an important factor. We listened and went with her concept of a shopping cart with a broken wheel.

Since producing this ad, I personally have visited A Better U Healthcare and had acupuncture myself, it treated my common cold with great results.

Let’s roll the commercial and then go put the roll back in your stroll with A Better U Heathcare.
